An Inductive Leap too Far

       In the novel the Hunger Games Katniss Everdeen a teenage girl who is the provider of her family volunteers as tribute taking her sister place. Katniss enters the Hunger Games with her goal to return to her family and will use her hunting skills to win the game, until her skills are not enough to guaranty victory. She is accompanied by another fellow tribute from district 12 who has had a deep admiration for her and believes that by expressing this he will win sponsors and her heart to. On the other hand Katniss does not see this "acting" game the same way until she takes a inductive leap near the final days of the Hunger Games with her partner Peeta . Katniss decides in order to stay focused on wining this death game she must work together with Peeta and make it appear that she has a relationship with him this is where her inductive leap takes place. In order to receive help that both of them can use, so she shows admiration for him too. In the end Katniss is so determined to win and get out alive that she will go to any means that she did not want to consider before. In conclusion both katniss and Peeta would not have won in the hunger games without Peeta's tactics, and would not have been able to return home.
